Once payment and all required personalization information have been received, CJK Engraving will send your design proof for approval when applicable.

Please check your email and respond within 24 hours of the proof being sent. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of sending the proof, we will proceed with production using the design proof provided, without your approval.

Production begins once your proof is approved or the 24-hour response period has passed. Please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, and design details before approving your proof. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, tone, and engraving appearance are normal. Your finished item may differ slightly from the photos. Decorative props are not included.
